It was great to see another one of my athletes achieve her goal on the weekend at the B50/17 Velo Baracchi TT. Kerry smashed her PB by 6 mins and placed 3rd female in 2:14:27, an incredible achievement considering she was on a road bike amongst a majority of TT bikes! Consistency and hard work with the training plan is paying off. Makes me a very happy coach!
