Just wanted to share a bit of my own success – its not always easy to coach yourself so when it all goes to plan and you end up with a bronze medal in age group at the European Aquabike Championships in Belgium its worth all the effort! Having discovered how cool it is to coach people to PB’s and achieve their goals its also quite cool to achieve my own! Looking forward to the next challenge although I’m not quite sure what that will be yet!
