Another stellar performance from my athlete Ben Brown who smashed the Swansea 70.3 Ironman triathlon on the 12th July. This course was really very challenging from a 1.2 mile twisty dock swim, onto a very hilly 56 mile (4000ft elevation) bike course including some technical descending and cows to navigate on course! Lastly the 13.1 mile run course in some rather unusual hot Swansea sun. Ben exceeded expectations after many months of consistent training and completed the course in a very impressive 5hr 34min for 62nd place out of 224 in his age group. Congratulations!
