Open Water Swimming in Ullswater – Great swim preparation for my 2 lady athletes Al and Julie who completed the Ullswater 1 mile swim event at the weekend. Still pretty chilly and windy in Cumbria they both navigated some choppy waters to complete their longest swim in preparation for their upcoming triathlon ‘The Lakesman’
