Just a quick post about myself today rather than the athletes that I coach. Just got back from the World 70.3 Ironman Championships in Marbella, Spain. The hardest triathlon I have done in terms of a choppy sea swim 1.2 miles, hilliest bike course 56 miles and warmest run 13.1 miles but most definitely the most beautiful scenery and fantastic crowd support I have ever had the privilege to encounter. Finishing time was 5hr 59min for 74th out of 292 in my age group, very happy with that!
