Quick & Easy Protein Recovery Shake

My favourite recovery drink which contains 20g of protein and 55g of carbs – essential after a hard session
 – 300ml semi-skimmed milk
 – 2 scoops of protein powder (I like SIS vanilla or chocolate or banana)
 – 1 small banana
Pop everything into a plastic jug and blend with a stick blender until smooth

 

Try and drink this within 20 minutes of finishing your workout – delicious!!
