1-2-1 Training Plan

Once you have completed your 4-week free trial you can sign up for £65 a month. For this you will receive a 1-2-1 bespoke training plan tailored around your current level of fitness and future goals and aspirations. The plan will be delivered by myself via the Training Peaks App, and you will always have a weekly plan in advance. Sometimes the plan may be 2-4 weeks ahead but no further as plans/goals/lifestyle/injuries can often mean the sessions need changing. You will also be able to contact me via messaging at any time and have a meet up or telephone call once a month to catch up and reflect on training. I welcome all multi sport and cycling athletes at every level.
